Michael Ohlhaver, Director of Operations

Michael Ohlhaver is the Director of Operations for Kokua Support Services Corp. where he provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the company and formulates and implements strategies for short- and long-term development to optimize the company’s growth and profitability. Mike oversees the company’s performance by maintaining highly qualified engineers, analysts, and specialists who provide mission-critical warfighter support.

Previously Mike was a program manager, operations manager, and senior analyst with Technical Systems Integration, Inc. where he supported Naval Air Systems Command and Naval Sea Systems Command with expertise in the identification, evaluation, and documentation of ship and shore facility requirements for weapon system acquisition programs. Mike is a retired U.S. Navy helicopter pilot with significant operational and instructor experience in the SH-60B Seahawk and SH-3 Sea King helicopters. His other assignments include serving on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations as the Computer Security Policy Officer and as Safety Officer in USS WASP (LHD 1).

Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from The College of William & Mary, a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy.
