Job Summary:  

Kokua Support Services Corp. is currently seeking a Program Manager is responsible for organizing, directing and managing all aspects of programs to meet project requirements.  This candidate will establish and maintain technical and financial reports to track and show progress of projects to management and customers. This candidate will also lead proposal management and assist with recruiting and management of workforce for specific functions or projects.

Duties include:

-Manage contracts and program initiatives to ensure the deliverables are completed and executed in accordance with the statement of work and contractual obligations.

-Establish and maintain project analysis and tracking system from origination to completion.

-Assist with recruiting and management of workforce to include key aspects of selection, screening, and interviewing for specific functions or projects.

-Develop methods and procedures for early recognition of problem areas, expeditious reporting and recommendation of solutions to problem.

-Lead proposal writing development and management.

-Support proposal pricing strategy by providing project budget estimates.

-Meet client challenges and act as contract liaison between contracting agencies and/or government customers.

-Perform as Deputy Facilities Security Officer (FSO).

-Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in program management

-BA or BS degree in Business Administration or related field

-Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures

-Experience in proposal development and workforce management

-Strong leadership skills, time management and problem-solving skills

-Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

-Ability to obtain security clearance as needed

-Training in proposal management and writing through Shipley Associates or similar

-PMP or Lean Sigma experience
