Job Summary:

Kokua Support Services Corporation is seeking a Business Process Manager/Engineer for a long-term contract at Aberdeen Proving Ground Maryland. We are looking for candidates who have experience analyzing and evaluating business systems, business processes, and interacting with users. Each team member is expected to be self-motivated, collaborate with others, and support the team by working together to execute training, facilitate workshops, and develop deliverables. The ability to assess process challenges, document those challenges in a process model, design innovative solutions to address those challenges, and communicate those solutions to stakeholders of varying levels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Analyze business system processes and user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems.

-Create, deliver, and maintain the Scope Assessment Model to evaluate the customer needs in order to translate those needs into services to be performed as selected from a catalog of services.

-Support the development of contract documents to include statements of work, requests for proposal, contract modifications, contract funding documents, etc. to support IDIQ contract management.

-Ability to differentiate between business requirements and technical requirements.

-Provide briefings, presentations and proposals to senior leaders.

-Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

-Key skills/abilities to support success in the position are: Workshop/Meeting Facilitation, Classroom Instruction, Value Stream Mapping, Design of Experiments (DoE), Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Plan-do-check act (PDCA).

Requirements for the position include:

-Active Secret Clearance

-Background developing enterprise architectures to include process modeling

Education and Experience:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Liberal Arts (e.g. English with a technically related minor). 

-Minimum 10 years of related experience. 

-Experience with BPMN, LLS, BMA, ERP and DoDAF is preferred.

-At least 3 years of specialized experience with interface exchange specifications.
