Job Summary: 

Kokua Support Services is currently seeking an Aircraft Life Cycle Logistics Support expert to assist with The Technology Applications Program Office (TAPO) Product Support Division (PSD) which supports The United States Army Special Operations Aviation Command (Airborne) (USASOAC) through the integration and logistics support of specialized aircraft systems and Logistics support planning for Special Operations Aviation (SOA) peculiar aircraft.

Duties include:

  1. Coordinates communications between multiple external and internal offices as well as contractor support coordination.
  2. Facilitates the relationships between the other Product Manager Offices in order to successfully support anything on or in the aircraft platforms.
  3. Facilitates communication, balances schedules and funding as well as understand the technical aspects of the aircraft and systems being supported and the platforms being sustained in order to successfully perform in the position.
  4. Interpret and refine user requirements as they relate to the sustainment process.


Required Qualifications: 

  1. Active Secret clearance
  2. Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in military acquisition logistics is required.
  3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Special Operations Aviation is required.


Desired Qualifications: 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is desired.
  2. Working knowledge of the contracting process to include everything from the initial sources sought through the creation of the performance work statement (or similar document), proposal technical evaluation and contract award.
