Greg Kern | Vice President of Operations
Greg Kern is the Vice President of Operations for Kokua Support Services where he provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the company, and formulates and implements strategies for short- and long-term development to optimize the company’s growth and profitability. Greg oversees the company’s performance by maintaining highly qualified engineers, analysts, and specialists who provide mission critical warfighter support.
Mike Morton | Director of Business Development
Mike Morton is the Director of Business Development for Kokua Support Services, responsible for the strategic growth of the company in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and vision. He stays abreast of industry opportunities, maintaining an up to date business development pipeline with potential opportunities of interest, as well as initiates and maintains meaningful collaboration with industry peers with an eye towards increasing Kokua’s market exposure. In his current role, Mike identifies appropriate opportunities for capture, and is responsible for the execution of Kokua’s proposal process that ultimately leads to a successful capture.
John Alcini | Human Resources Director
Kokua’s Human Resources Director, John Alcini, joined the company in July 2016. His 18 years of professional experience has been a valuable asset in helping guide Kokua through its successful transition from 8(a) to small business status. John brings proven management, coordination, compliance and administrative skills to the leadership team, with whom he works closely to develop and execute best practice strategies in the area of human resource functions. His goal is to ensure Kokua delivers excellent service to its clients while maintaining the trademark culture of family values that has made Kokua a standout in its field.
